Jitesh Agarwal is a highly motivated individual with extensive experience in the banking and financial services domain. He is currently working as the Director of Machine Learning Solutions at Skit, where he is helping enterprises augment customer experience using voice AI. Jitesh has a track record of delivering impact across various areas of operations and technology, including conceptualization, design, and launch of new processes, change management, and more. He specializes in Lean & Operational Excellence, Digital Transformation, RPA, AI, Machine Learning, OCR, Process Mining, Agile Project & Program Management, Data Science & Analytics. Prior to joining Skit, Jitesh worked at Clariant, where he was the Global Head of CoE Intelligent Automation & Data Science. He was responsible for defining and executing the digital and automation strategy and worked in collaboration with business units across geographies in identifying transformation opportunities. Jitesh created the operating model for RPA CoE, including vision & strategy, governance framework, architecture, process and methodology, defining roles, etc. He successfully delivered over USD 3M in savings across Finance, Source-to-Pay, Logistics, and other supply chain functions via process transformation and automation in the last 2 years. Jitesh holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Symbiosis and a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree from Icfai. He is also an AIHSEC graduate from Delhi Public School, Numaligarh. Jitesh's technical skills include AI, ML, Data Science, and Infrastructure.
