Jithendra has held various roles in project management, including Project Manager, Test Manager, Implementation Manager, and App Support Manager. He has managed Development, Support, and Managed Service Projects using ITIL processes, and has been involved in projects with multi-vendor involvement. Jithendra is trained and certified in Project Management Concepts and has good knowledge of Project Management Tools.
