Jithesh Krishnanunny is a Site Reliability Engineer at Apple with over 20 years of experience in the field. He also designed and implemented scalable automation infrastructure built around JIRA and using Ruby for any operational task ranging from trivial tasks like access provisioning to complex product troubleshooting. Jithesh's other past experience includes working as a Sr. Network Engineer at Cbay Systems, where he was responsible for maintaining the infrastructure and service required by the healthcare BPO unit. He led a team of three to plan and execute the data center migration project, which involved accounting for the site setup, data transfer, availability, and planned downtimes. Jithesh has a post-graduation degree in Computer Applications from the Institute of Human Resources Development.
