Jithin DR is a Senior Software Engineer at Manhattan Associates with over 9 years of experience in the IT industry. He has a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Anna University and completed his higher secondary education from Perambra Higher Secondary School. Jithin has worked with reputed organizations such as Infosys and Softtek in the past, where he gained extensive experience in DevOps, Ansible, AWS, Docker, Jenkins, CI/CD, Integration, and Web technologies. At Infosys, he worked as a Technology Analyst and DevOps Engineer, where he was responsible for Continuous Integration using Git, GitHub, Jenkins, and Continuous Delivery. He also worked on Infrastructure automation, Infrastructue-as-a-code, and had basic knowledge on Containerization tool like Docker. Additionally, he has knowledge and working experience on Vagrant for managing virtual machines and a good understanding of Amazon Web Services (AWS), creating EC2 Instances and configuring all necessary services. He worked on operating systems like Windows, Linux, Unix, etc. and showed an interest in learning new technologies. At Softtek, Jithin worked as an IT Executive and Ops Engineer, where he was responsible for AWS cloud management, Ansible playbook writing for infrastructure automation, managing the deployment, operation, and security of Scalable’s Assets, and creating and managing virtual machines. Jithin is a perceptive and self-driven professional who is passionate about working on technically challenging projects.
