Jithin James is a highly motivated Machine Learning Engineer with a passion for AI and a "do it till I make it" attitude. He is currently working as a Deep Learning Intern at Trell, where he has built an entire data pipeline for collecting, cleaning, and labeling 2.5 lakh images for running ML experiments. Jithin has also trained the StyleGAN model on an 8-GPU cluster in Amazon EC2 and scaled the trained models to generate 1 million synthesized images. His expertise in AWS, Tensorflow, and Selenium has enabled him to excel in his role at Trell. Jithin has a strong academic background, having completed his Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science from Model Engineering College in 2020. He also holds a Higher Secondary degree from St. Antony's Public School, Annakal. During his academic career, Jithin developed a Parts-of-Speech tagger for Malayalam with Prof. Rajeev Mohan as a Summer Research Intern at the International Centre for Free and Open Source Software. This project was later showcased at FOSSASIA Summit - 2018 in Singapore and is now hosted at makri.ml. Jithin is a Research Scientist with 3.78 years of relevant experience in ML, Deep Learning, AWS, SVM, AI, Selenium, and Tensorflow. He is fascinated by the potential of AI and is always eager to learn and explore new technologies. Jithin is also part of a startup called Feeduo Webapp, where he and his friends are building a web application using AI. With his strong technical skills and passion for AI, Jithin is a valuable asset to any team he works with.
