Joan holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronic and Communications Engineering Technology/Technician from Loyola-ICAM College of Engineering and Technology and a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from Loyola College, which she will complete in December 2021. Her tech stack includes software engineering and search. When not recruiting or working, Joan enjoys dancing around her house in a swagger costume, watching rom-coms and re-runs of F.R.I.E.N.D.S, listening to Joni Mitchell's "Both Sides Now," and indulging in her love for food.
