Jobin Jose is a Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer at Talview, where he is responsible for operations management, product implementation, and rollout. With over 15 years of relevant experience, Jobin has played a significant role in developing IP Licensing Business for Embedded Software and Multimedia Products as a Project Coordinator. Prior to his current role, Jobin worked as a Design Engineer for a partner of Defense Research and Development Organization Labs. He is an Engineer from MG University, where he completed his B-Tech in Electrical and Electronics Engineering in 2007. He also completed his Plus Two in Computer and Maths from Vimalagiri Public School in 1991. Jobin's past experiences include working as a Project Coordinator at Vinjey Software System, where he facilitated projects along the project life cycle, acted as a SPOC to the customer/internal team for issue resolution and escalation management, facilitated scrum meetings for the project team and stakeholder meetings, tracked, communicated, and reported progress relative to time, budget, and deliverables, delivered project status reports to management and customer, and coordinated the marketing team and hands-on experience in CRM tools like Sugar CRM, Vtiger. He also worked as a Design Engineer at System Controls, where he was equipped with sound knowledge of Embedded C, Hardware, serial protocols like - RS232/422- CAN - I2C, and IT applications with demonstrated capabilities in providing technical support and structuring customized solutions to meet client’s specific needs and document the technical documents effectively. He is proficient in software development for microcontroller-based applications using AVR compiler, hardware design, development, and testing for embedded applications, and well-exposed to electronics circuit simulation.
