Jocelyn Cruz is a Digital HR Solutions Lead with over 11 years of experience in enabling learning and development with data insights and digital solutions. Currently working with Johnson & Johnson, Jocelyn leads the GSHR Learning Product Team to design and implement digital solutions that enhance employee learning and development. Jocelyn's career journey started as a Pre-Professional Software Engineer (Intern) at IBM, where she gained hands-on experience in software engineering and development. She later joined Verizon as an MTS II-IT Project Manager and Business Analyst, where she was responsible for managing IT projects and analyzing business requirements to deliver solutions that met customer needs. Jocelyn holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Computer Information System from the University of Puerto Rico-Mayaguez, where she honed her skills in data analysis, software engineering, and project management. Her education and experience have equipped her with a deep understanding of how technology can be leveraged to drive business growth and improve employee performance. Jocelyn's technical expertise includes software engineering, data analysis, and project management. She is proficient in a variety of programming languages and tools, including Java, Python, SQL, and Tableau.
