John holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Cochin University of Science and Technology and began his career as a Quality Assurance Engineer specializing in Non-Functional Requirements Testing. He later moved on to a full-fledged cybersecurity role, where he engaged himself in Web Application Penetration Testing, Secure Source Code Analysis, Network Penetration Testing, Malware Analysis, and Reverse Engineering. As a Lead Cybersecurity Engineer at In Time Tec, John leads the cybersecurity team and its efforts to protect the organization's cyberspace. He is responsible for planning and implementing cybersecurity solutions, developing and updating security policies, procedures, and standards, and monitoring the complete network to ensure protection against external threats or attacks. John is also experienced in malware containment and eradication and leads the cybersecurity incident response efforts. John has previously worked as a Senior Cybersecurity Engineer at In Time Tec, where he mentored and guided junior engineers to secure the cyberspace. He has also worked as a Senior Software Engineer, Cybersecurity Engineer, and Ethical Hacker, working to secure the cyberspace.
