Prior to joining Blink Health, John worked at Walmart as a Talent Scout Manager and at Accenture as a Talent Sourcing & Acquisition Lead. At Accenture, he built a LinkedIn Sourcing COE resulting in saving 100 Million dollars and created an in-house sourcing team with 8 resources specialized in each capability. He was acknowledged as a global ‘Talent Consulting Partner’ and ‘Solution Provider’ and implemented various programs to increase Diversity Hiring. He was also a key member in driving Social Media Hiring for operations business and helped in Sourcing, Hiring and Setting up Global F&A Sales, Innovation and Transformation teams.
