Jonathan Samuel J is a Software Engineer at Gojek, with a passion for solving real-world problems with code. He has a background in Electronics and Communications Engineering, having completed his Bachelor of Engineering at Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani in 2022. Jonathan started his journey in Web Development with MERN stack and has since built full-stack applications, with a focus on creating end-to-end applications that can solve everyday problems. He has worked with Golang, JavaScript, and C++ and is currently learning more about blockchain and web3, with the goal of building amazing dapps with smart contracts using Solidity. Jonathan has interned at Gojek as a Product Engineer, where he worked on building and maintaining various communication services used in the Gojek Super App by various platforms and users. He also built a new Microservice that uses Load Balancing Algorithms to efficiently send notifications through their 3rd party vendors, which successfully increased reliability for users and optimized costs for the millions of notifications sent every day. In addition to his work at Gojek, Jonathan has also worked as a Summer Intern at RMJ Automation Solution and Training Private Limited, where he worked on Automation Solutions for Raw Material Handling in Steel Factories with SCADA and PLCs using Citect Studio, Control Expert, and WPLSoft. Jonathan's tech stack includes Software Engineering, Research Science, Golang, Web3, Solidity, Blockchain, Smart Contract, Dapp, Web, Microservices, Javascript, ML, test, Redis, RabbitMQ, and Postgres. With 0.35 years of relevant experience, Jonathan is a driven and passionate software engineer who is always looking for new challenges to tackle.
