Jones Chakkalakkal is a passionate Masters student at RWTH Aachen University with a deep interest in Computer Architecture and Digital Design. He is highly motivated by the idea of edge computing accelerated by multicore systems, and continually strengthens his knowledge about computer architecture and parallel computing from online courses and research material. Currently, Jones is a Senior Member of Technical Staff at smart iops, where he leverages his expertise in software engineering and research science to develop innovative solutions. Prior to this, he co-founded Prana Electronics, a company that specializes in automation systems. Jones holds a Bachelor of Technology in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from the College of Engineering, Trivandrum, and is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering, Information Technology and Computer Engineering from RWTH Aachen University, which he is expected to complete in 2023. With 3.70 years of relevant experience, Jones is well-versed in software engineering and research science. He possesses a strong tech stack and is always eager to learn new technologies. Jones is a highly motivated individual who is committed to making a positive impact in the tech industry.
