Joseph B. is a highly experienced full-stack product designer with over 20 years of experience in designing for SASS and B2C as well as leading teams. He is currently serving as a Staff Product Designer at sense, a company that provides SASS enterprise messaging and database automation tools for the staffing and recruiting industry. In his current role, Joseph is responsible for owning the design for the flagship product, product infrastructure and IA, and the design system from creation to code-component implementation to rollout. During his tenure, he has onboarded three designers, and the customer count has grown 4x, ARR grew 6x to over $40M. Joseph's past experience includes working as a Senior Product Designer at Clover Health, where he created SASS enterprise and internal tools for healthcare providers in a patient-facing setting. He was responsible for designing the provider product suite that spanned desktop, mobile, voice, and service design, and conducted extensive research and analysis for launching a new product in a complex regulated industry. Joseph also worked as a Lead Product Designer at Siempo - The Phone for Humans, where he pioneered a digital wellness app to curb overuse, launching before iOS's and Android's wellness tools. He was responsible for the entire product stack, including strategy, feature ideation, prototyping, research, and usability testing. He launched a native Android App, concept to Play Store in 6 months, presented to angels, and secured funding. Joseph holds a Bachelor's Degree in Animation, Film, and Design from the School of Visual Arts.
