Joseph Christopher is a co-founder of CultureMonkey and effy, where he oversees product, design, engineering, and customer success. With close to a decade of experience in product engineering, he is extremely passionate about products, SaaS, and customer-centric experience. He is obsessed with customer happiness and takes care of customer success, product, and design, engineering, and delivery, among other initiatives. At CultureMonkey, Joseph leads the development of an employee engagement platform that lets you measure employee satisfaction, listen to employee feedback, act on it, and anonymously talk to your people. He is responsible for overseeing product, design, engineering, and customer success. At effy, Joseph takes care of a major chunk of the whole project cycle, from gathering the wants/needs from the customer to ensuring a successful delivery. He is responsible for customer engagement, scope building, legal, contracts, project management, architecture, planning and engineering, on-time and agile milestone delivery, and customer satisfaction. He consistently leads effy toward a 100% successful delivery rate and happy customers. Previously, Joseph worked at Indix as a Lead Software Engineer, where he led the development of a crowdsourcing platform to measure data quality supporting different facets of data via pluggable templates. He extended it to support historical revision control and analytics over different pivot points. He built data-override platforms to allow customer success teams to quickly react to data issues at scale and modify them through an automated validation pipeline that replaced reliance on engineering teams. He also built UI platforms for internal and sales teams to preview/validate the public API data and improve sales effort. Joseph has a Master of Computer Applications from Anna University and has relevant experience of 10.02 years.
