Joseph Kuriakose is a Mobile App/UX Consultant, E-commerce Consultant, and Branding Expert with over 11 years of relevant experience. He is currently the Co-Founder of DigitalAppStudio, a digital consultancy that partners with leading brands to design and deliver compelling digital products and services for their customers. Joseph's approach balances human needs with usefully applied technology, unbound creativity with research and analytics, and agile development with strict engineering and security standards. He blends teams of consultants, analysts, designers, developers, and data scientists together to consider every dimension of a digital business. Joseph's expertise lies in product and customer development, sales, fundraising, and hiring. He is an admirer of products that identify a strong human desire, everyday itch, and use technology to significantly reduce the steps to complete the desired action. His new favorite word is 'Why', which guides him and helps him do his job better. Prior to DigitalAppStudio, Joseph worked as a Senior UX Consultant at TCS, leading design teams and engagements for clients to discover and create the highest quality user experience possible across all platforms. He conducted Design Thinking Workshops with GE, AIG, Prudential, JPMC, and worked across industries such as healthcare, manufacturing, power, transportation, banking, and insurance. Joseph also worked as a Senior User Experience Consultant at Zynga, leading experience and product design for the Emerging Platforms and Games with Friends divisions. He successfully directed the launch of 7 game titles on the Facebook Games platform and led the launch of over 16 game titles for the GWF network on the iMessage platform. He also led experience and product design for the Virtual Reality and Augmented Reality division, synthesizing broad and ambiguous business requirements and accomplishing them through design. Joseph holds a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science from SRM University. His tech stack includes mobile, testing, design, UI, research scientist, software engineer, and product designer.
