Jovial Alex Lejo is a multi-talented individual with a diverse background in mechanical engineering, software engineering, and motion graphics designing. He is a Test Engineer at Experion Technologies, where he has gained experience working closely with PMs, Test Leads, Configuration & Development teams to plan the Release and Deliver the respective QA projects. Jovial has also created automation scripts in Java using Selenium with TestNG framework and Maven build management tool. He is experienced in conducting Load & Performance Tests using JMeter and executing Load and Performance in Distributed performance testing methods (master-slave configuration) with the help of CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins. Jovial is a Senior Creative Designer at sportslens, where he has planned the calendar for social media and user engagement and created creatives (static and motion) for social media handles on different sports statistics. Jovial is a CFA L1 cleared finance/stock market enthusiast and has a passion for the same. He did his schooling at The Indian Community School, Kuwait, and his B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from TKM College of Engineering (affiliated to KTU). Jovial has worked as a Visual Designer at scmyuga, where he closely worked with CTO and HR to plan and execute engagement on social media channels like LinkedIn. He headed the brand revamp within the organization and created brand guidelines, which included design of all official documents, letterheads, business cards, pitch decks. Jovial created templates for common creatives and provided tutorials to HR on how to use it. He also created typography videos and 2D isometric explainer videos and provided critical feedback and support to Ed-Gaadi team for website and app’s UI/UX design.
