Joy has extensive knowledge and experience in data structures, algorithms, and design patterns. She is skilled in analyzing the problem space, designing, developing, and unit-testing software requirements, back-end, and intuitive graphical interfaces. As a Senior Technical Manager at Incedo, Joy has led and managed multiple teams of overall size 25+, responsible for implementing fresh business requests and support fixes throughout their journey.
