Joy holds a Bachelor's degree in Technology from West Bengal University of Technology and has also completed his Bachelor's degree in Technology from Swami Vivekananda Institute of Science & Technology (SVIST). He completed his schooling from Belgharia High School. Joy's technical skills include Software Engineering and Testing, which are his primary areas of expertise. He has a strong understanding of software development life cycle and has experience in manual and automated testing. He is also proficient in various testing tools and technologies.
