Joydeep Chakraborty is an Automotive Software Professional with a specialization in Model-Based Development (MBD), Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS), and Development and Testing using MATLAB/Simulink. He is currently working as a Software Development Engineer at ZF India Pvt Ltd, Technical Centre India, where he is responsible for developing AD/ADAS functions using the model-based approach. Joydeep's primary objective for the next 1-2 years is to understand the dynamics of his role and establish himself as a professional in the field. Over the next 2-3 years, he plans to take on new challenges and lead certain projects. Joydeep has a Master of Engineering in Nuclear Engineering from Jadavpur University, Kolkata, and a Bachelor of Technology in Electrical Engineering from Haldia Institute of Technology. He is proficient in designing experiments and MATLAB Simulink and has profound knowledge of Control System Design, Power Electronics applications, Electrical Drives, and Nuclear Control and instrumentation. He has also worked as a Project Intern at Decibels Lab, where he modeled EV Power Electronics components, and as an Engineering Trainee at Andrew Yule & Co Ltd, where he learned about manufacturing and testing of electrical equipment. Joydeep's strengths include adaptability, problem-solving, punctuality, and communication. He is interested in technology, psychology, philosophy, mentorship, cricket, and music.
