Prior to founding Hatch, Juhani served as the Executive Vice President and Head of Business Unit at Rovio Entertainment Ltd. He led the business to change the way games are played and provided Rovio and partners with a world-class global ads platform, analytics, and gaming services. He also led development for Toons.TV, the largest kids mobile channel in the world. Juhani's work at Rovio earned multiple awards and top industry recognition for putting fans first and focusing on optimal end-user experience while providing the highest eCPMs in the industry. Juhani's experience also includes serving as Vice President of Technology, Cloud Technologies at Rovio Entertainment Ltd. He was responsible for establishing technology vision and strategy and leading all aspects of technology development, architecture, operations, partnerships, and research for cloud-based services from analytics to entertainment. Juhani designed and built distributed, modern, and highly available cloud technologies that scaled up to hundreds of millions of users, setting the benchmark and showing the future of cloud computing done right. Juhani holds a Master of Science degree from the University of Jyväskylä, with a focus on information technology, software development, mathematics, multimedia, simulation, and AI. He also completed the Leading Service Business program at Aalto University Executive Education.
