Juhi Singh is a Community Manager at Freshworks, an Ambassador for Women Techmakers Chennai, and a public speaker. With over 2.5 years of relevant experience, Juhi has a demonstrated history of working with tech and developers. She is skilled in community engagement, program management, content writing, and coding. At Freshworks, Juhi has learned about the developer platform, community management, and developer marketing. She has worked on monthly newsletters, blogs, and developer case studies. Juhi has also managed the coordination and communication for the Freshworks Upskill program, a 6-day training and 5-day online hackathon conducted in two different time zones with over 1000+ registrations. She has hosted community championship programs and other engagement events for developers. Prior to Freshworks, Juhi worked as a Content Writer and Community Evangelist at fnplus, an open tech community from Chennai. She joined the community to learn and was later promoted to a content writer and community evangelist. She also worked as an Assistant Editorial for the Student Council at Hindustan University. Juhi has a Bachelor of Technology in Information Technology from Hindustan University. She also completed a Summer Research Program in Data Mining & Business Intelligence in Cyber Security from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev. Juhi is a passionate public speaker and has delivered talks on various topics such as community building, developer marketing, and women in tech. She is committed to creating a positive impact in the tech industry by building strong communities and empowering developers.
