Julius Alphonso is a Software Developer at GoSwift with a passion for programming and innovation. He is a MERN/Java Engineer with a strong background in Python, which he taught himself in middle school. Julius is constantly seeking out new challenges and enjoys working with individuals who share his passion for coding. He has competed against and worked with many talented individuals and looks forward to meeting many more. Julius is an avid orator and believes that clear communication is essential to make progress. He is a strong believer in collaboration and empowering each other to drive civilization forward. Throughout his college career, Julius has been actively involved in multiple communities, both technical and non-technical, to help his peers and himself improve their skills. Julius has won several hackathons and codathons, demonstrating his ability to work under pressure and deliver results. He has experience working across the stack, from front-end data processing and machine learning to networked pipelines and low-level sensor calibration. Julius has worked as a Data Visualization Engineer at Prabhu Labs, where he developed visualizations for the collaborative radio frequency observatory, and as a Machine Learning Intern at Mrinq Technologies, where he developed a proof of concept for an indoor location tracking system. Julius holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Engineering from Goa College of Engineering and completed his 12th Science education at Vidya Vikas Academy School. He has experience working with a variety of technologies, including Swift and ML. Julius has 1.35 years of relevant experience and is always looking for new challenges to further develop his skills.
