Justin Banusing is a highly motivated and passionate individual who is currently working as the Co-Founder of AcadArena, a company that aims to make esports a key part of campus life and help students pursue their passion for gaming. With the investment of Globe Telecom, Justin has supported the esports ventures of over 300 schools in the Philippines and launched the first esports scholarship in Southeast Asia. He has worked with brands such as Twitch, Riot Games, and Pearson to harness the potential of the space. Prior to his current role, Justin worked as a Content Project Manager at Pipeline, where he was responsible for developing 'The Playbook', a series of video modules on content creation fundamentals. He also produced 'The State of Streaming', a bi-weekly podcast discussing the latest in the livestreaming and influencer space. Justin has also worked as a Project Management Intern at Pipeline, where he built and launched an affiliate program sales funnel, managed the 50+ partnered creators, and produced 'Master Class', a series of deep dive videos into different aspects of content creation. Justin's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Informatics from the University of Washington, where he also pursued a minor in Digital Arts/Entrepreneurship. He also holds a High School degree from Philippine Science High School - Western Visayas, where he specialized in STEM (Science, Technology, Math, and Engineering) curriculum. With 1.53 years of relevant experience, Justin is a talented individual who is committed to developing tomorrow's creators at Pipeline and building campus esports in Southeast Asia at AcadArena. He has a strong work ethic and is always looking for new challenges to take on. Justin is a team player who is always willing to lend a hand and go the extra mile to ensure the success of his projects.
