As the Founder and CEO of Clutterbot, he is responsible for the company's overall strategy and direction. Clutterbot is a robotic prototyping and design company that specializes in navigation, control, and AI. Justin is also the Founder and CTO of Atstake, a company that focuses on blockchain and decentralized protocols. He has a deep understanding of search technology and information retrieval, having managed the frontend development team for Bing Image and Video Search. At eBay, he worked as a software architect for the search team and company-wide initiatives. Justin's technical strengths include frontend web development, blockchain, and decentralized protocols, search technology, and information retrieval, and large-scale distributed systems. He has also received multiple software patent awards for developing Bing.com technology and transferring technologies from Microsoft Research into Bing.com. As a manager, Justin is known for his collaboration and communication skills, mentoring junior developers, team management, and processes, and hiring, attracting, and retaining talent.
