Jyoti Gupta is an accomplished engineering leader with over 14 years of experience in the tech industry. Currently, she is working as a Principal Software Engineering Manager at Microsoft, leading the Azure Identity and Access Management (IAM) team. In this role, she is responsible for developing highly scalable and secure identity solutions for Microsoft's cloud platform. Prior to joining Microsoft, Jyoti worked at Google and Amazon, where she held various engineering roles. At Google, she was a Tech Lead for Google Cloud Memorystore for Memcached, where she built a team from scratch and led them through the full lifecycle of Alpha and Beta launches. Similarly, at Amazon, she was a Lead Engineer for various systems in Amazon Local, including the daily deals ingestion platform and the restaurant delivery platform integrating with Prime Now. Jyoti holds a B.Tech degree in Computer Science from the prestigious Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi, where she graduated in 2008. She has a strong technical background and is proficient in various technologies, including Azure, GCP, and software engineering.
