Jyotishman Paul is a Full Stack Developer with over 7 years of experience in developing professional products and passion projects. He is proficient in using React, jQuery, Jest, and other Javascript frameworks for the front-end, and JS, PHP, and Python for the back-end. Currently, he is working with Cambium Networks as a Senior Software Engineer, where he is involved in developing customer care products, specifically the customer call agents software development. Prior to joining Cambium Networks, Jyotishman has worked with renowned companies such as Cisco and JustDial. At Cisco, he worked as a Full Stack Developer, and at JustDial, he was responsible for developing UI and back-end services for customer/vendor profiles and their verification process. He has also worked on an IoT device's alert mechanism at Nokia, where he developed app alerts to replace unnecessary calls to customer care, saving the company around $100M in toll-free call charges on a yearly basis. Jyotishman has a Bachelor of Technology degree from the National Institute of Technology Tiruchirappalli, where he was a gold medalist at the NASA Space School Program held at NASA Johnson Space Center, Houston, Texas, USA, for the Best Technical Team. He has also dabbled in Game Development using Unity for platform-based, capture the flag events.
