Kailash Pathak is an experienced AWS, PMI-ACP®, ITIL®, PRINCE2® and ISTQB certified tester with over 15 years of comprehensive IT experience. He is an expert in handling multiple projects, automation testing, window desktop testing, web testing, mobile responsive testing, and performance testing. Kailash has a strong background in sprint planning, test planning, and developing automation strategies using Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, and API automation. He has worked on data-driven framework design and continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD). Kailash has implemented agile testing processes that enabled the identification of defects earlier in the software development life cycle (SDLC). He is skilled in writing test cases as per requirements and then automating them through Selenium/Java. He has experience in testing web/mobile responsive/window applications and has worked with clients on a daily basis. Kailash has also worked on both migration of existing scripts and development of new scripts in Selenium. Kailash has experience in test management tools like HP QC/ALM and defect tracking tools like JIRA. He has prepared test strategy and test execution planning and designing for various projects/programs and proactively monitored their overall progress, resolving issues, and initiating corrective action as appropriate.
