Kajal Shah is a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual with a thirst for knowledge and a passion for research. Currently working as a Summer Intern at Reliance Industries Limited, Kajal is a challenge taker who always strives to give her best to win. She has a unique approach to completing tasks, which involves thinking outside the box and exploring new ideas. Kajal is currently working as an L&D Management professional at uplers, where she is responsible for developing and implementing learning and development programs for the organization. Prior to this, she co-founded Campus Jam, a student community magazine that aimed to encourage and enrich the student community with knowledge. She also worked as a Software Quality Assurance Intern at August Infotech. Kajal holds a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Leadership from Charotar University, which she is set to complete in 2022. She also holds a Senior Secondary degree from K.D Ambani Vidyamandir, Reliance Greens, where she studied CBSE. Kajal's tech stack includes expertise in QA, with 0.51 years of relevant experience. She is a quick learner and is always eager to expand her knowledge and skills.
