Kalidasan Thiruppathi, also known as Kallis, is a highly experienced Program Manager at Accolite with over fifteen years of solid experience in analysis, design, develop, manage and implementation of large IT Systems, Product Development, Delivery Management, Gross Margin profitability, Service Delivery, Strategy Planning, Business Analysis, Account Management, and Vendor Management & Negotiation. He is a passionate speaker in Public Forums, Mentor & Motivator for his Teams. Kallis started his career as a Programmer and has since then held various positions including Tech Lead, Tech Product Manager, Project Manager, Product Program Manager, Senior Project Manager - Products, VP - Projects, and now handling Enterprise accounts. He has managed projects/programs up to 35 Million USD and has experience leading a team of 130+ members, spread across multiple time zones and countries. He is a seasoned Software Professional with an in-depth understanding of all phases of SDLC, focusing on translating business requirements into viable technical solutions. Kallis has expertise in Test Driven Development using Quality Centre to document Test Cases and conduct triage meetings to resolve issues. He is also an Agile coach and has experience working with various software development methodologies including Agile, Kanban, Extreme programming, and Lean Development especially SCRUM. Kallis has extensive domain knowledge in Mobility, Networking, Health care, Banking, Retail & E-Commerce Domains. He has experience in conducting A/B Testing, analytics, market research, usability studies, and competitive analysis to drive decision making to stay ahead from competitors. Kallis is currently playing the role of a Program Director for Projects at Accolite. Earlier, he managed Product Development for three core Mobility Solution including Product Ideation, Product Development & its Professional Services Team. He has also worked at Amber Innovations Limited as Vice President - Projects and at NDOT Technologies as Senior Project Manager (Products - Full Stack Development). Kallis holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Project Management from Bharathiyar University, an MBA in Human Resource from Madurai Kamaraj University, and a B.Tech in Information Technology from RVS College of Engineering and Technology, Dindigul. His technical skills include test, Senior Software Engineer, product manager, Research Scientist, Software Engineer, and AWS. Kallis has relevant experience of 5.85 years.
