Prior to his current role, Kamal worked as a Manager of QA Engineering at FireEye, where he was responsible for every facet of quality for enterprise-class endpoint's exploit prevention solution. He also worked at Intel Security (aka McAfee) as a Manager of QA Engineering, managing product groups from consumer to SMB to enterprise class mostly at the platform level. He managed shared code groups in McAfee Labs and blackbox testers to whitebox testers to test developers to core developers. He also managed mainline to sustaining products. Kamal holds an M.Tech in Computer Technology from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi, and a B.Tech. in Electrical Engineering from G.B. Pant University of Agriculture and Technology.
