Her passion for solving complex problems and simplifying the world of FinTech, Crypto, and Web3 has made her a sought-after professional in the industry. As a Business Analytics Manager in the FinTech space, Kamalika questioned the status quo and used data to develop new hypotheses, build strategies, and develop product features that others may not have thought of. Her inquisitive nature and desire to solve complex problems led her to the FinTech space, where she thrives on the ever-evolving and disruptive nuances that come in every other day from both competitors and regulators. Her role involves building for the next billion Indians to get fair access to the financial system. In her previous role as a Strategy and Analytics Manager at PayU, Kamalika drove the Business & Product Analytics charter for SMB, Omnichannel businesses, and Neobanking and Payouts Product. She also built automation and analytical solutions for Small Medium Merchant, Neobanking, and PayOuts. Kamalika holds a Post Graduate Programme in Management from Management Development Institute, Gurgaon, and a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Information Technology from SSN College of Engineering. Her tech stack includes product management, Web3, software engineering, and infra.
