Kanav Goyal is a passionate data scientist with multiple internships and projects in the field. He is skilled in Python, exploratory data analysis, predictive analysis, and hypothesis testing. Kanav is currently working as a CADP at JP Morgan Chase, where he manages projects and automates manual processes using Ui Path, Xceptor, and Alteryx. He has also worked with Tableau to visualize data. Kanav graduated from Punjab Engineering College in 2021 with a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering. During his college days, he was a member and later Vice President of IMAGES. He was also involved in CDGC (Placement Committee) as TCR and PCR. Currently, Kanav is working as a Winter Intern at Jindal Stainless, where he is studying and understanding the basic processes involved in the manufacture of Stainless Steel. He is also studying about the rollers used in Stainless Steel manufacturing and their life optimization by tuning roller grinding parameters. Kanav has previously worked as a Training Class Representative at Punjab Engineering College, where he facilitated campus placements by inviting and handling companies for recruiting students. He also provided training and guidance to students to enhance their soft skills and work over their weaknesses. Kanav has also worked as a FullStack Developer Intern at Eduwaive Foundation, where he worked on several front-end interfaces using Angular, made several APIs using Flask and Django, and studied and understood various machine learning algorithms. Kanav's education history includes a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Punjab Engineering College, Bhavan Vidyalaya in Chandigarh and Panchkula, and OP Jindal Modern School in Hisar.
