Kanika Narula is an experienced Agile Business Analyst with over 11 years of experience in Business Analysis and Software Testing. She is currently working at WooliesX, where she supports the Product Owner in refining and managing the Product backlog, creating Storyboards, requirement analysis, acceptance criteria, and specification. Her expertise lies in transforming business requirements into technical requirements for Digital Products, including Mobile and Web Applications. Kanika has extensive experience in working with Waterfall, Agile, and Scrum methodologies for more than 7 years. Additionally, she has worked on Content Management Systems such as Drupal, WordPress, Appgrid, SNAP (in-house development). She has excellent stakeholder management, vendor management, workshop facilitation, and execution skills. She is also proficient in documenting training manuals for internal users, process flow diagrams, and preparing wireframes and mockups to map customer journeys. Her focus is on user-centric designs and digital solutions that address market needs and challenges. Kanika has strong research and analysis skills, including competitor research, user research (interviews, surveys, secondary research-focused groups), feedback sessions, new technology research, gap analysis, and creating presentations for senior management that clearly and concisely present analysis and recommendations.
