She is currently working as a Technical Recruiter at Google, where she specializes in campus, lateral, and leadership hiring. Kanika has a proven track record of leading hiring for Digital Experience and Advertising, Marketing and Commerce Offerings of Deloitte Digital business for 3+ years, where she planned and delivered for 30+ different capabilities across industries while managing a 6-member team. Prior to this role, Kanika spent over 3 years in campus recruitment and played multiple lead roles in the Consulting campus recruitment team. She has extensive experience in strategic sourcing across all tiers and has hired students from campuses specializing in Business, Technology, Undergraduate, statistics, and Design. She has also ideated and executed multiple branding and engagement events, including leading Maverick, one of the biggest events in the Indian B-school space.
