Kanishk Mishra is an industrious and creative problem solver who is currently pursuing an MS in Engineering Management at San Jose State University in California. With a concentration in Engineering and Industrial Management, Kanishk has developed a broad knowledge of management and technical concepts that enables him to bridge the gap between these two areas. Kanishk has participated in several freelancing projects where he planned entire operations for manufacturing units from scratch, starting with forecasting and aggregate and capacity planning. His experience at Webcraft-IT taught him how to apply analytical and technical concepts to solve day-to-day problems faced by individuals in their respective fields. He has a passion for innovation, problem-solving, operation planning, photography, and sports, which drives him to learn, develop, and give back to society. Kanishk has worked as an Assistant Software Engineer at Webcraft-IT, where he developed an application based on the Global Stock Market. His role was to analyze the data collected by the team members and update it in the application so that clients did not miss out on anything that could potentially result in loss. He also tested new updates and features proposed for a seamless experience of clients. Kanishk has also worked as a Biomedical Engineer at Choithram Hospital & Research Centre, where he gained hands-on experience working as an assistant to the Chief Biomedical Engineer of the hospital. He was trained to work with every machinery needed by the hospital, including Radiology, ICU, OT, Sterilization Unit, Cooling Unit, etc. His responsibilities included administering technical issues that compromised the safety, flow, and security of the hospital. He also had some exposure to the process of maintaining inventory and managing the entire hospital. Kanishk holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Biomedical/Medical Engineering from Shri G S Institute of Technology & Science and is expected to complete his MS in Engineering Management from San Jose State University in 2023. He is actively seeking internships for 2022 and has a relevant experience of 2.86 years. With his passion for problem-solving and innovation, Kanishk is sure to make a significant impact in any organization he works for.
