Kaoru Kurata is a talented and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist with a focus on recruitment in the Human Resources field. With over 10 years of experience, she has worked extensively in cross-border recruitment for technical and engineering roles at all levels. Currently based in Stockholm, Sweden, Kaoru is the Talent Acquisition Partner at Northvolt, a company that aims to build the greenest battery in the world with a minimal carbon footprint and the highest ambitions for recycling to enable the European transition to renewable energy. In her current role, Kaoru is responsible for leading recruitment for Northvolt Labs, Europe's leading R&D campus covering the entire battery ecosystem. She also worked as an HR & Office Manager at Miura Netherlands B.V., where she was responsible for the entire HR lifecycle, including recruiting, onboarding & offboarding, global payrolls, regulatory compliance, health & safety management, and making applications to relevant authorities regarding visa, tax, and social benefits applicable to the employees. Kaoru holds a Bachelor's degree in Law from Chuo University, which she obtained in 2013. She has relevant experience of 8.86 years and is proficient in infra tech stack.
