Kapil Gola is a skilled and experienced Engineering Lead with a track record in the InsureTech and FinTech domains. He is skilled in PHP, NodeJs, Architecture Planning & Solutions, API, Integrations, Agile, and MVC frameworks. Kapil has a MCA focused in Computer Applications, IT, Programming from Maharshi Dayanand University. Currently, Kapil is working as a Senior Project Leader at R Systems. He has developed an Eligibility Engine and Allocation Engine to provide the most prominent interpreter/Agent to the customer. He has also developed a queue-based system to reconcile customer and payment data. Kapil has planned the solution of call-conferencing of video and SIP calling with the help of Vidyo SDK and Certified Language International's Interpreter API. He has also developed a demon to run on a periodic basis or any time at request with the identification that background processing is already in progress or not. Kapil has followed a distributed application architecture to build the application on the cloud with High uptime SLA. The modules were designed as plug and play to be integrated with any application. Before joining R Systems, Kapil worked as a Sr. Engineering Manager at Bharti Axa. He designed and showcased the High-Level architecture of applications of the organization's Eco System. Kapil helped the finance and operation team to trace and map around 30 million INR of unclaimed money of customers to further issuance of insurance policy. He also implemented virtual account number generation to accept payment from customers with collaboration with a private sector bank to reduce the volume of cash transactions with minimizing chances to get money attributed to an incorrect account. Kapil has also worked as a Principal Software Engineer at Zphin. He developed and architected the Backend API and architecture for POSP application for runners at different locations with the facility of lead, schedule an appointment, Task Creation, Rule engine development based on runner ranking, and appointment attribution based on his geo-location with a circumference of 5-20 Km. Kapil designed the Rule Engine based on the Journey of the product. He also developed a JSON-based validation system as middle with Permission and Authentication system. Kapil converted a Tightly Coupled Monolithic Legacy System into a stand-alone SAAS product not at the application level but also the database level.
