Kapil Gupta is a Senior Software Engineer with a passion for building software products for scale using new and open source technologies. With over 9 years of relevant experience, he has a strong background in Java, Spring, Spring Boot, Kafka, Redis, AWS, Docker, Elastic search, and Microservices. Currently working as a Full Stack Developer at Splashlearn, Kapil is helping in the transition from Monolith to Microservice architecture. In his previous role as a Senior Software Engineer at Sirionlabs, he designed and developed a Document Repository Service as a central service for uploading and downloading all types of documents. He also developed an AuditLog service to allow admin to audit the tasks done by the users on various entities. Kapil was part of the team that integrated JSON Web tokens to allow stateless authentication for Sirion Application. Before joining Sirionlabs, Kapil worked as a Senior Applications Engineer at Oracle, where he was involved in the development of various projects from scratch using Java Based framework (ADF) and PL/SQL. He also developed Chat bots using Nodejs and Oracle Chatbot SDK for various clients. Kapil holds a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Netaji Subhas Institute of Technology. He also completed a Cloud Developer Nano Degree from Udacity in 2020. His tech stack includes AWS, Microservices, Elastic Search, Kafka, Spring, Search, Java, Docker, Javascript, Typescript, Spring Boot, NodeJS, SQL, Software Engineer, Integration, Redis, Azure, Web, and test.
