He is currently working at IBM as an Application Developer, where he specializes in developing native Android apps using AOSP, Java, Kotlin, MVVM, JetPackCompose, Git, and Scrum methodologies. With 8.44 years of relevant experience, Kapil has worked in both B2C and B2B industries, developing social platform applications, wallet applications, music audio and video applications, and more. He has a strong understanding of running product startups, conceptualizing ideas, and transforming them into real usable products for consumers. Prior to joining IBM, Kapil worked at HCL as a Lead Engineer, where he worked on Facebook AI-based devices (Portal) as an Android Framework Developer. Before that, he worked at MPS Limited as a Senior Software Engineer, where he worked on a project called mag+, a digital publishing tool to publish magazines on the Android platform.
