Kapil Saxena is a co-founder and CTO with a passion for product evangelism, innovation, and design thinking. With over 17 years of relevant experience in software engineering, web, mobile, and AI, Kapil is an automation expert and software quality enthusiast with a keen eye for finding bugs. He is currently building Uniify, the world's first native-mobile Employee Experience platform, which is set to revolutionize the way companies engage with their employees. Kapil's previous experience includes working as a Senior Product Engineering Manager at PayPal, where he was responsible for creating Connect, a mobile-based platform designed to enhance the employee experience. He managed cross-functional teams, handled business stakeholder management, and was involved in product management, requirements analysis, road-mapping, business prioritization, development, and implementation. Prior to this, Kapil worked as a Senior Architect at Infogain, where he headed the Testing Center of Excellence at Infogain's Insurance BU and was responsible for pre-sales and business consulting. Kapil holds a Master's degree in Computer Applications from Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University, and a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from Aligarh Muslim University. He is a senior software engineer with a strong tech stack that includes mobile, AI, web, and test. Kapil is also a member of HBR's Advisory Council.
