Kapil Vashist is a highly motivated and accomplished Product Manager with a strong technical background in Computer Science & Engineering. Currently, Kapil is working as a Product Manager for the enterprise APIs for Driver Service, which is the single source of truth about all the information about drivers delivering customer orders at Tesco. In his previous role as an Associate Product Manager at Tesco, Kapil drove standardization and digital transformation of the activities involved in the retail food product development cycle on an enterprise tool called ‘myProduct: Develop’. He led on end-to-end ownership of multiple features, launched their MVP, and then iteratively released enhancements based on the concept of ‘test & learn’. Kapil streamlined Agile ways of working across engineering and design teams and led on all the day-to-day ceremonies and incremental sprint releases. He created the roadmap for the next 2 years by running workshops with users & stakeholders of multiple disciplines across different geographies to iron out dependencies and priorities in collaboration with fellow Product Manager, UX Designer & Tech lead. Kapil is a graduate of NITK Surathkal with a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science. He is also a hobbyist photographer with a keen interest in traveling and making good relationships with the people he meets on the journey. Kapil's technical skills include Product Manager, Test, Designer, Senior Software Engineer, Frontend, and Software Engineer.
