Karamjot Singh is a dedicated and motivated Java Spring Boot Developer with a passion for solving business problems. With a product-focused mindset, Karamjot is constantly seeking new ideas and opportunities to learn and grow. Currently working as a backend microservices developer using the Spring Boot framework, Karamjot has gained extensive experience in developing modern applications using Java, Kafka, Redis, PostgreSQL, and AWS. Karamjot has a strong educational background, having completed a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from JSPM's Rajarshi Shahu College of Engineering in 2019. He also attended Blossom Public School from 2008 to 2015. Karamjot's technical skills include Spring, Microservices, Software Engineering, AWS, SQL, Redis, Kafka, Docker, MongoDB, Backend, Integration, and Web. Karamjot's experience includes working as a System Engineer at TCS, where he was involved in the migration of core money transfer functionality from legacy systems to microservices. He also developed REST web services for integration with customer transaction management applications. Karamjot has also worked as a Training and Placement Coordinator at the Training & Placement Cell, where he conducted operations to ensure the smooth conduct of placement drives and provided training and guidance to students for interview preparation. Currently, Karamjot is an Intern at TCS, where he is part of the CMA (Cloud Applications, Microservices, and API Services) Unit. He has learned about Microservices and the Java Spring Boot Framework and has implemented POCs for technical viability. Karamjot is also a GSOC 2021 Mentor and an Ortelius Open Source Contributor, demonstrating his commitment to giving back to the community and sharing his knowledge and expertise with others. With 4.28 years of relevant experience, Karamjot is a skilled and knowledgeable developer with a passion for continuous learning and growth.
