Karan Khattar is an accomplished ex-founder with over a decade of experience in the food-tech, hospitality, and logistics sectors. He has a passion for consumer-centric products and a talent for product-led solutions and scale. Karan has achieved two successful exits and firmly believes in the adage that there is no failure, only feedback. With a keen interest in tech products, Karan has pivoted to product management and is currently pursuing a corporate certification from Duke University in Product Management. Currently, Karan is the Co-founder of 2 Bros Kitchen Cloud Kitchen, where he is responsible for marketing, business growth, and product development. In just 18 months, he achieved a revenue of $250K with 10K unique and 50% repeat customers. He initiated customer acquisition and engagement through social media marketing, digital, and other offline business development activities resulting in 20% growth in customer acquisition and 16% additional revenue. Karan leveraged technology to predict consumption and streamlined procurement costs that led to a reduction of 7% to input costs. He also optimized logistics resource allocation strategy to boost the number of orders delivered by 15%. In the past, Karan has worked as the Head of Marketing Business Development at Epic Chemicals, managing a team of 20+ employees spread across sales, procurement, business partnerships, and operations. He built new business partnerships and expanded the product to achieve an average growth of 20% YOY with $1M annual sales. Karan also ideated and launched logistics as a service using excess capacity of vehicles resulting in additional revenue of $200k annually. As Co-founder of Eagle Eye Hospitialities, Karan pioneered white-labeled co-living spaces with standardized amenities in Noida with 65 fully serviced rooms, total capacity of 170 way before larger players entered the market. He created ancillary revenue streams via in-house F&B and laundry services to generate 12% additional revenue. Karan devised and executed social media and digital strategy for acquiring new customers through organic channels at negligible CAC. He started with 1 lac INR seed fund and exited at a valuation of nearly 50 times. Karan holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from Career Institute of Technology & Management and completed his
