Karan Khattar is an ex-founder with over a decade of experience in the food-tech, hospitality, and logistics sectors. He has a passion for consumer-centric products and a knack for product-led solutions and growth. With two successful exits under his belt, Karan is a first principle thinker and relentless optimist who believes in feedback over failure. Currently, Karan is the General Manager of Product Management at Servify, where he is building a payments and invoicing platform to be used across the company's business verticals. He is also looking to join a like-minded team working on an exciting B2C digital product to leverage his entrepreneurial experience and take a product from ideation to launch and scale. In the past, Karan has worked as the Head of Business and New Initiatives at Epic Chemicals, a chemical trading and logistics business started by his father. He expanded and optimized the business by building new partnerships, expanding product offerings, and launching logistics as a service. He also managed a team of 20+ employees spread across sales, procurement, relationship managers, and operations. Karan is also a co-founder of 2 Bros Kitchen, a restaurant and cloud kitchen, where he achieved revenue of $250K in the first 18 months and initiated customer acquisition and engagement through social media marketing, digital, and other offline business development activities. He leveraged technology to predict consumption, streamlined procurement costs, and optimized logistics resource allocation strategy to boost the number of orders delivered. Karan holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Science from Career Institute of Technology & Management and has completed a Product and Growth Bootcamp from GrowthX and a Corporate Certification in Product Management from Duke University.
