Karan Nandwani is a forward-thinking college student with a passion for technology, leadership, and public speaking. With a track record of hard work and brilliance, he is a fast learner with diverse interests and a knack for outperforming his peers. As a visionary, Karan sets his sights on the future while working in the present to achieve it. He is interested in developing a goal-oriented career while helping others grow and deliver top-tier performance. Currently, Karan serves as the Chief Technology Officer at Youth India E-School, where he is handling a multi-crore project affiliated with the state government of Orissa, India. He is leading a diverse team of over 250 people, streamlining communication, and organizing day-to-day operations. Karan has set daily targets for all teams working under him and has published 100+ pieces of content every alternate day. He has also handled negotiations with Slack and other companies for a multi-lakh project. Karan is leading a UI/UX and web development team to improve upon the website domains owned by the organization. He is also spearheading the operations for the VFX and Graphic Design teams to deliver quality content for marketing and operations. Previously, Karan served as the Director, IT at Youth India Foundation, where he handled IT operations, led a multicultural team, and worked on employee enhancement sessions. He also worked as the Chief Technology Officer at Deeva, where he handled IT operations, conducted market research, and led incoming interns. Karan is pursuing a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science and Engineering from SRM University, which is set to be completed in 2022. He has completed his schooling from Delhi Public School, Sushant Lok, where he studied physics, chemistry, and math. Karan's tech stack includes software engineering, web development, UI/UX, and research science. With 1.53 years of relevant experience, Karan is a Microsoft Learn Student Ambassador, a Cloud Enthusiast, and a member of the Young India Fellowship and the Association for Computing Machinery.
