Karan Sharma is a skilled software developer with a focus on backend, infrastructure/operations, and observability. Currently working at Zerodha, he has a strong background in full-stack web development and enjoys experimenting with Python and Javascript. With over 6 years of relevant experience, Karan has previously worked as an Open Source Developer at Google Summer of Code, where he developed a scaffolding tool that automates the manual process of creating a module. He also created a new website for all module documentation, which can be viewed on the project link provided. Additionally, Karan has also worked as a Full Stack Web Developer Intern at Eventosaur, where he worked with Flask and Javascript to create a blogging platform. He also refactored the old API and implemented new database design changes with PostgresSQL, and created test suites for API routes with BDD testing tools. Karan holds a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Computer Science from Shiv Nadar University, where he was a student from 2013 to 2017. He also holds a Full Stack Nanodegree from Udacity, which he completed in 2016. Prior to this, he completed his Class 12 education from Delhi Public School - Faridabad in 2012.
