Karan Singh is a Senior Staff Technical Program Manager with over 20 years of experience in Telecom/Embedded Software Development, Mobile App Development, Scaled Distributed Systems, and Microservices on Cloud Infrastructure. He has a broad experience including program management, product management, vendor management, system design, technical design, data analysis, AB testing, micro-services, orchestration, scrum, and continuous delivery. Karan has demonstrated leadership skills with people and projects, having experience in talent hiring, developing people & setting up large teams including vendor team sourcing/hiring. He has managed, led, and motivated teams in a fast-paced, dynamic, and global environment. Karan has been mentoring and coaching team members to achieve a high standard of performance. Karan has worked for large clients such as Time Warner Cable (US), Comcast (US), Cable Vision (US), Rogers (Canada), and Videotron (Canada) and delivered several different variants of Set-top boxes that have been deployed to several million customers. He has travelled extensively to customer sites and Atlanta/Cupertino integration labs on various projects for integration in Cisco. Also, travelled to Seattle for Amazon Alexa Device and Feature launches. Karan has a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science and Engineering from the University of Madras and a Higher Secondary School degree in Maths, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology from Alpha Matriculation School. Karan's current role is as a Senior Staff Technical Program Manager at Socure, where he is managing cross-functional engineering teams, planning and organizing, and executing complex projects across multiple organizations and stakeholders to enable the launch of new projects and processes. Karan is communicating milestone status regularly to teams and stakeholders across the company, including executive leadership. He is helping identify, establish and monitor metrics to report on the usage of the features throughout the Amazon ecosystem. Karan remains flexible to changing priorities, open to new ideas and has the customer experience firmly as the focus.
