He also has a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Birla Vishvakarma Mahavidhayalaya, which he completed in 2013. He completed his high school education in Science from Jeevan Sadhana in 1999. Prior to joining HDFC Bank, Karandeep worked as a Treasury Manager at ICICI Bank. He also completed an internship at Middle Earth HR, where he worked on a project analyzing the brand awareness and perception of the company among customers. He worked on the newsletter of the company, prepared the strategy for the newsletter, and analyzed the purchasing pattern of customers towards the brand. Karandeep is a Research Scientist and has a strong tech stack. He is greatly optimistic and likes to take on challenges.
