Kareem Kouddous is a co-founder of the non-profit organization Koko, with a passion for using technology to improve people's lives. With over 24 years of relevant experience, Kareem has a wealth of knowledge in lean startup methodology, project management, web development, and product management. Currently, Kareem works as an Engineering Leadership at Airbnb, where he managed the Content Integrity and Account Integrity teams before transitioning to an IC role. In this role, he worked closely with the VP of the group to launch multiple critical strategic initiatives, collaborating across the organization to unify tooling and ML infrastructure. Prior to his work at Airbnb, Kareem founded Koko, a company focused on making machines empathetic. He also worked as the Managing Director at FounderDating, where he helped entrepreneurs connect with potential co-founders. Kareem's education includes an MSc from Imperial College London and a BSc from The University of Manchester. His technical skills include web development, product management, ML, senior software engineering, and infra. With a deep passion for using technology to improve people's lives, Kareem is an excellent collaborator and a natural leader. He brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to any team he works with, and is always looking for new ways to innovate and improve.
