She also completed three quarters of technical art classes at Eastland-Fairfield Career and Technical Schools, a couple of quarters of classes in history, religion, and general studies at Bishop Hartley High School, and a certificate in Indian/Native American education at Algonquin Regional High School. Karen also earned an Associate of Arts and Sciences - AAS in Communication and Media Studies from North Seattle College and took classes in Arts, Entertainment, and Media Management at Seattle Central College. Karen's tech stack includes web technologies, and she is up to the minute online in 2022 and 2023. Karen's company was called Rainbow Writing, Inc. and was rebranded in 2011 to Ghost Writer
